BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU ACCEPT OUR OREDER INFO and TERMS & CONDITIONS. ORDERING INFO, TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

PRICES STATED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE ACCORDING TO THE MARKET PRICE OF PRODUCTS.

Guaranteed Guest Counts:

A guaranteed guest count “Headcount” is required 48 hours in advance and all charges will be based on the guarantee or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is higher. The original expected number of guests will be used in case of no guaranteed guest counts.

Minimum order:

Minimum order required $75.00

Substitutions:

Substitutions are required 48 hours in advance with possibility of 15% of additional charge.

Cancellations:

If you have to cancel an order please e-mail orders@BaitiFood.com, Operations Manager will reply or call you back as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: 25% of your payment charges will be billed.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 75% of your payment charges will be billed.
  • Last minute (less than 24 hours): 100% of your payment charges will be billed.

Last minute orders: (less than 48 hours)

Our team is available to assist you and, we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. So we can give you an accurate and fast response when you call, we will check with the kitchen for product and delivery availability and call you back as soon as possible. A charge of 15% of the order cost applies to orders placed one working day before or same day to cover the individualized food preparation and delivery.

Disposable Service:

We offer disposable dishes (serving utensils, utensils include napkins and salt-pepper sachets) at $0.10 per person and. We provide 5% extra service items above your guest count.

 

DELIVERY Fees:

  • A flat rate of $15.00 for delivery fee will be added to the final order.
  • During afterhours and last minute orders, a flat rate of $35 fee is charged for delivery.

We appreciate advanced notice, so we can provide just what you need, right when you need it!

Order Confirmation:

  • When receiving your order, the date and time stamp on your email or fax will be considered the time at which the order was placed.
  • E-mailed + faxed orders will be confirmed by return e-mail or phone call.

PLEASE NOTE: e-mailed orders are not confirmed until a return e-mail or phone call is made by one of our team. We also reserve the right to refuse orders.
